Every order ships free within the United States — no minimum.

Made to order

Every Soul Sparkle piece is handcrafted after you place your order — nothing is pre-made or sitting on a shelf. Please allow 6–8 business days for your piece to be crafted, inspected, and shipped. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Delivery time

Including crafting time, orders typically arrive 10–12 business days after you place them. Delivery estimates may vary during holidays or carrier delays.

Tracking

Track your order any time using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking hasn't updated in several days, reach out and we'll look into it.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at info@soulsparklejewelry.com with your order number and we'll make it right.

Returns

Changed your mind? Returns are free within 14 days of delivery — email us and we'll send you a prepaid return label. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
