Our jewelry
What are the pieces made of?
Every piece is 14K gold vermeil over solid .925 sterling silver — a thick layer of real gold bonded to a sterling silver base. A select group of rings is cast in solid 10K gold; those are marked "Solid 10K gold" on the product page and collected under Solid 10K gold.
Are the diamonds real?
Yes. We use lab-grown diamonds, which are chemically, physically and optically identical to mined diamonds — the same hardness, fire and brilliance — grown above ground and conflict-free. Each product page lists the total carat weight and quality grade of the stones in that piece.
Is anything pre-made?
No. Nothing on our site sits on a shelf. Your piece is handcrafted after you place your order, then inspected before it ships.
Ordering & delivery
How long does it take?
Because every piece is made to order, please allow 6–8 business days for crafting and shipping. Including delivery, orders typically arrive 10–12 business days after you order. You'll get an email with tracking the moment it ships.
When am I charged?
At checkout, like any online order. Because every piece is made just for you, production starts as soon as your order is confirmed.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within the United States is free on every order, with no minimum.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only. Join our newsletter to hear when that changes.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Because pieces go into production shortly after ordering, we can't always make changes once crafting has started — but you're covered by free 14-day returns either way.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes — there's a gift note box in your bag before checkout. We'll include your message with the order.
Ring sizing
How do I find my ring size?
Measure a ring you already own, or wrap a strip of paper around your finger and compare against our Ring Sizing Guide. If you're between sizes, go up half a size. Still unsure? Contact us before ordering and we'll help.
What sizes do you make?
US sizes 5 to 9, in half sizes. Choose your size on the product page and we cast the ring to fit. Need something outside that range? Ask us before ordering.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Free 14-day returns. If a piece isn't right, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned with the packaging seal unbroken. Full details on our Returns & Refunds page.
How do exchanges work?
Start a return and place a new order for the piece or size you'd like — since everything is made to order, that's the fastest way to get exactly what you want.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Inspect your order on arrival and email us within 14 days with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
Care
How do I care for gold vermeil?
Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering or exercising; put on lotions and perfume before your jewelry, not after; and wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing. Store pieces in the pouch or box they arrived in, separately, so they don't scratch each other.
How do I care for solid gold?
Solid 10K gold keeps its color with simple care. Clean gently with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush, dry with a lint-free cloth, and take it off for heavy exercise or harsh chemicals.
Payment & security
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay — processed securely through Shopify. The full list appears at checkout.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, where required by law.
